It's clear that compassionate eating is growing around the world, and more and more people are switching to plant based diets for health and environmental reasons. So the demand for vegan dishes around the world is growing hugely!

    As we travel around Europe in our camper van, we love to create vegan versions of the traditional dishes of the countries we visit and also share our passion for the Austrian cuisine of Paul's homeland.

    In this collection of vegan recipes from around the world, you'll find traditional country dishes that have been veganised, and naturally vegan cuisine.

    We asked food bloggers from across the globe to share their countries' vegan cuisine and recipes inspired by their own travels and favourite foods. And they sure didn't let us down, so get ready to be inspired!
