Easy Lentil Flatbreads

These easy lentil flatbreads have just four ingredients. Made out of split red lentils, they're gluten free, vegan and couldn't be easier to make!

curry powder (optional)

salt

Here's what you'll need:

Mix the lentils, water, salt and spices together in a bowl or blender and leave to soak for 1 hour.

Blend until you have a very thick batter. (Don't drain the mixture before blending)

Cook on both sides in a good non stick pan or well-oiled skillet.
