Here's what we'll need...

Mushrooms  Onion Garlic Olive oil Soy sauce  Dried thyme Dried rosemary Dried sage Salt + pepper Walnuts

We often use a mixture of mushrooms or wild mushrooms.  But simple button or chestnut mushrooms work great too!

This recipe is also easy to adapt to make nut free, gluten free or soy free - see our tips on the blog for suggestions.

It's easy - fry, toast nuts, and blend! Ready in 25 minutes.
