Chickpeas on Toast with Stir Fried Greens

Ingredients

chickpeas

gram flour

tsp
cumin

tsp
smoked paprika

tbsp
olive oil
1
handful
greens
chard, spinach or kale
1
tbsp
soy sauce
½
lemon
slices of toast
Instructions
Drain the chickpeas, rinse and pat dry
Mix the chickpeas, gram flour, cumin and paprika.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, then add the chickpeas and fry on medium heat, for approximately 3 minutes, until they start to brown.
Wash and chop your greens, then add to the pan along with the soy sauce and a good squeeze of lemon
Continue to stir fry for a couple more minutes until the greens are wilted
Serve on slices of toast, with an extra squeeze of lemon on top.
