Elderflower and Lemon Ice Lollies
Refreshing elderflower and lemon ice lollies - the perfect combination of floral sweetness with citrus tang!

lemon juice
(approximately 2 lemons)

elderflower cordial

Instructions
Squeeze the lemons.
Then mix the lemon juice, elderflower cordial and water.
If using, add a sprinkling of elderflowers and pinch of lemon zest into each lolly mould.
The pour in the elderflower and lemon mix. Leave a bit of room at the top for expansion.
Pop in your lolly sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours until fully frozen.
To loosen the lollies from the moulds, simply run under warm water.
Notes
If you fancy, add some crushed berries for a fruity twist!
