    Vegan Recipes to Cook in Your Van

    Most of the recipes here at Vegan on Board are cooked in our van, Ronnie, on just a two burner hob. Here you'll find easy lunches - like our favourite Vegan Sweetcorn Fritters, one pot stews and soups, desserts made on the stove, and our favourite campervan meals. Just because our kitchen is tiny, doesn't mean our appetite for great food has to be!
